上星期於太子分校的一段課後對話。

補習學生：我學完您這個考試技巧後，考Mock時用了，老師說我答得太高階了！

Costa老師：那你覺得怎樣，想答得簡單一點嗎？

補習學生：不用了，這技巧很好，我考了全級第二！

Costa老師：對喔，根據全港數據，每1000人，只得大約7人考獲5**，要當通識狀元，當然答得高階一點點。

同學都說，這些技巧，一點也不難學。凡事講求竅門。這些年來，看到同學仔學會了，嚐嚐谷底反彈的喜悅，怎不樂透！以同學仔為榮！

269 Lifestyle diseases

Also known as “diseases of civilization” or “urban diseases”, usually non-infectious. Some life patterns will bring diseases. E.g., rapid rhythm of life, eating irregularly, staying up late and so on increase the risk of suffering from stomach diseases and high blood pressure, and weakening the immune system. Sedentary posture will increase the risk of sciatica. With the increase in wealth, overeating will increase the risk of heart disease, diabetes, liver disease. Severe pollution increases the risk of allergies and asthma. Stressful work or competitive environment and facing family chronic problems increase the risk of depression, psychosis or other psychiatric disorders.“Three high” respectively refers to high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high blood lipids are common “rich diseases”. Cancer is the number one killer disease in HK, the first 5 categories of deadly cancer are:

1. Lung cancer

2. Colorectal cancer

3. Liver cancer

4. Stomach cancer

5. Breast cancer

又稱「文明病」或「都市病」，通常是非傳染性的。某些生活模式會帶來疾病，如急速的生活節奏、食無定時、夜睡等增加患上胃病、血壓高、削弱免疫系統的風險，久坐不立的工作姿勢會增加坐骨神經痛的風險，隨著財富增加暴飲暴食，會增加心臟病、糖尿病、肝病的風險，嚴重污染增加敏感症、哮喘的風險，高壓工作或競爭環境和長期面對家庭問題增加抑鬱症、思覺失調或其他精神科疾病的風險。「三高」，分別為高血壓，高血糖，高血脂是常見的「富貴病」，而香港的頭號殺手為癌症，首5類致命癌症依次為：

1.肺癌

2.大腸癌

3.肝癌

4.胃癌

5.乳癌

084 Public interest

Refers to the overall interests of a society. Although it is impossible to absolutely balance the interests of all stakeholders in a society, the policy or the measure will be in the public interest if there is a consensus or a majority view reached within the society.
