上星期三在銅鑼灣分校後，兩位中六女同學在我面前，一唱一和。

補習學生甲：Costa老師，我上次沒溫您的筆記進場考試，低分了！

Costa老師：有這麼嚴重麼？

補習學生乙：對喔，她一溫您的筆記，就很高分了！

補習學生甲：我更不是狂溫，而是揭一揭稍溫，稍為溫一溫便高分，不溫便低分…

（ Costa老師左額滴汗中！）

這段對話，聽上污誇吹噓至極，卻是在分校電梯前的真人真對話。多謝同學珍視我和通識尖子師兄姐預備的溫習材料，我也很珍視你們邊說時的那份笑容和從容。祝妳倆贏通識，入大學，開開心心，夢想成真！

074 Old age living allowance and retirement protection

Different from the old age allowance (i.e. “fruit grant”) of which the purpose is to respect the elderly. The old age living allowance aims at supplementing the living expenses of elderly people aged 65+ who are in need of financial support.

Mainly the non-establishment camp and social welfare groups advocate the establishment of a universal protection retirement scheme. They think that the current system is too harsh and the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) is not effective.

074 長者生活津貼與退休保障

與目標為敬老的高齡津貼（即「生果金」）不同。長者生活津貼以扶貧為目的，用以補助本港65歲或以上有經濟需要長者的生活開支。

而全民退休保障主要為非建制派與社福團體倡議設立的制度，他們認為現時綜緩制度過於嚴苛，強制性公積金成效不彰。

Features of economic globalization

1. Labour market integration / Global labour flow and global assembly line

Outsource the manufacturing process to different nations with lower production cost.

2. Commodity market integration / World market

Target customers are not limited to local but around the globe.

3. Financial market integration / Global capital flow

Mulit-national corporations (MNC) can carry out their worldwide investment activities more easily because of the financial market deregulation in different nations.

010 經濟全球化

國與國之間經濟的相互依存性愈趨緊密，當中包括提高了產品和服務的多樣性，跨國交易亦愈發頻繁。

經濟全球化的特徵

1. 勞工市場整合 /全球勞工流動與全球裝配線

將生產過程外判至其他國家以降低生產成本。

2. 商品市場整合 /環球市場

目標客戶不限於本地而是全球。

3. 金融市場整合 /全球資金流

由於不同國家均放鬆其金融市場的管制，跨國企業更容易進行全球性投資活動。
